Put your arms around yourself while reading this. Embrace yourself. Feel your body. Feel the breathing. Feel the sensations the embrace gives you. Widen the sense of embrace, perhaps close your eyes for a second and feel that you are embraced by something bigger than your physical body, feel the embrace of spirit, of the universe, of existence, and bread in to this loving embrace.
And then, find a person to embrace, to share some seconds of love and presence with. Embrace the moment.
