What is the light in you? What do you need to do to get in contact with your realm of light?
What are your fantasies about light and enlightenement?
In Sweden we bring in the light in our homes today... with Lucia... since it's so dark outside this time a year.

Why not use Marianne Williams famous poem as a meditation about your relation to your inner light?

"...Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
